ASSESSMENT
Assessment includes a combination of individual and group-based activities, including:
- Short-answer questions
- Multiple-choice questions
- Formative and summative assessments
- Practical and observational activities
Participants must successfully complete all required training and assessment activities.
OUTCOME
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive:
- A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment for CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry
- A Statement of Training (SOT) issued through SafeWork NSW, valid for 60 days
The Statement of Training may allow participants to commence construction work while waiting for their White Card to be issued.
REQUIREMENTS
This course involves online learning activities. Participants should be able to:
- Use a laptop, desktop computer or iPad
- Follow online learning materials
- Download and upload documents through the student portal
- Use basic internet and computer functions

Identity Requirements
Australian or Overseas Persons in Australia Greater than 6 weeks in Australia
Must have 100 points of ID confirming their Date of Birth, Address, Photo and address using combination of IDs as per the table below.
Under 18 and still in High School (Australian Schools)on-Australians from Overseas arrived less than 6 weeks in Australia
You can use a combination of your Passport AND Overseas License OR Passport AND Bank Card (overseas or Australian) as proof of ID, you are exempt from the 100-point system, refer to ID Document form.
The minimum age requirement to do the White Card course is 14 years old. You can use one of either your valid Australian Passport, Australian Birth Certificate or School ID card.
Please bring original 100 points of ID. NO PHOTOCOPIES, NO PICTURES OF ID WILL BE ACCEPTED. If you have less than 100 points, contact our office before the course date. You will not be allowed to commence the course and no refund will be issued.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The trainer and assessor reserve the right to refuse entry to the course where a participant does not meet the required enrolment, identification or participation requirements.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start time.
